I-75 from North of SR 50 to the Hernando/Sumter County Line

Project Description:

Median guardrail construction on several segments along I-75 to fill in the gaps where there is no guardrail.

Project Information:

County: Pasco
Project Length: 3.0 miles

The contractor is expected to start on both projects Fall 2008. The work is expected to take 180 days. The cost is $2.1 million for both projects.

Lane Closures:

There are no lane closures planned since the majority of the work will be in the median, however some shoulder work may be required. If lane closures are needed, they may not take place between 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
